Lucknow: City's senior orthopedic specialist Dr. Santosh Singh has taken over as the President of the Uttar Pradesh Orthopedic Association (UPOA). He assumed the charge during the association's 50th Golden Jubilee Conference held recently in Agra, where major orthopedic doctors from across the state were present. Dr. Singh was elected unanimously. In his presidential address, he emphasized the necessity of promoting modern technology and research for better patient treatment. He stated that his goal is to further strengthen orthopedic services in the state, with special focus on connecting young doctors with new medical methodologies.
